1. Finish 10.5 (Exploring Right Triangles) and 10.6 ( Applying the Pythagorean Theorem). Due tomorrow. You have 10 nights left to do your Pythagorean Theorem Project!

Pythagorean Theorem Project Purpose: To understand the theorem and have fun presenting it. Your project must include: 1. The formula for the theorem (i.e., using number & symbols). 2. The theorem stated in words. 3. Two illustrated examples with step-by-step calculations. 4. A brief biography of Pythagoras in your own words. Include your source(s)!. 5. BONUS – One or more proofs of the theorem explained using your own words/diagrams. Format: video, poster, website, mobile, PowerPoint, podcast, board game, oral presentation – Be creative! Due date: Thursday April 21st, 2011.
